Texas Kids Nutrition Corp (TKNC), a Texas State Registered Non-Profit Organization, as a “sponsor” assumes the sole ownership of this official website, while participants of TKNC programs, as “members”, can access, participate in, and utilize the services provided by TKNC, as described on the website.

To become a member of the TKNC Food Program, a Child Care Home Base provider has to be eligible (not signing up with another Food Program Organization).

TKNC, as sponsor, is not responsible for success, failure or consequences of members’ program activities.

TKNC, as sponsor, does not share personal information of members to any public domain, instead protects strictly confidentiality of members.

TKNC, as sponsor, is not liable to any false or insufficient program-input information or declarations by members.

Members must follow Texas State Child Care and Federal Food Program Guidelines and Regulations. If there is any complaint or notice from the state of Texas or Federal Officials for compliancy, members will have to comply and resolve the issues, or TKNC will terminate your membership.

All information on TKNC are provided to the public and members. However certain documents, designs and photos have copyrights, which cannot be republished or shared publically by any person without a written consent of TKNC.
